You Are What You Eat

“You are what you eat.” You need to eat-to live. I have not been sick for thirty-two years and I contribute it to the following:

· Check your body PH with PH papers. See attached strip.
· Eat hot peppers at two meals a day to increase metabolism.
· Eat things, which includes vinegar, pickles, and salads. Leafy vegetables have testosterone for men.
· Exercise is vital-even if it is jumping jacks or running in place. Your body needs motion, or an increased heart rate. Walking is not enough.
· Sleep is important- 6 hours. Sunlight also important for vitamin D.
· Less stress. Stress lowers your PH and makes you acidic. That is why high stress people get cancer and other diseases.
· Bowel movements should be at least twice a day to get rid of body’s toxins.
· Things I eat- garlic for blood pressure, pomegranate juice, and grapes for antioxidants, fresh lemon half each day, onions, carrots for beta-carotene. Gelatin (Jell-O) for arthritis. Tomatoes for lycomine, oranges for vitamin C, fish oil capsules if you do not eat fish, coral calcium for pure calcium that has other natural minerals. Milk thistle to protect your liver since it is the filter of your body and helps rid the body of toxins.
· Vitamin E most important if fit along with 2000mg daily Vitamin C.
· Digestive enzymes- since most food the enzymes are cooked out and you can lose 10 LBS. Just taking this item and cleans out your colon.

Body health is achieved by having your body chemistry in a positive chemical mode: in other words an alkaline state. This is opposed to an acid state that deprives the blood and organs of a sufficient immune system. People who are alkaline do not get sick and alkaline is your normal natural body chemistry.

A truly healthy person does not have dandruff, body odor, bad breath, depression, indigestion, and colds and have plenty of energy. You should live to be one hundred years old.

Your diet, besides the above, should include several servings of raw fruit and raw vegetables to maintain your vitamin supply. However there are sixty- seven minerals your body needs but cannot get from food or a pill. The answer is “Collodial Minerals” which comes in liquid form. This is absorbed into your body like no pill is capable of doing. Most vitamin pills are not absorbed.

Reduce your intake of bread and starches. Remember your body is like a swimming pool, if the PH is good the less chlorine you need which means the water will be cleaner. The more acidic the cloudier the water becomes the more corrosive it is to the equipment. That is why all pool material is plastic.

Good PH level (6.5-7.5) makes for good body chemistry. More oxygen in your blood stream
is the proper environment for nutrient absorption. Acidic bodies do not absorb nutrients plus produce gas that attacks the nervous system.

A tip on Digestive Enzymes- Americans unknowingly suffers from poor digestion, which you can tell if there are, ridges in your nails, and has a gut. Indigestive foods lie in your colon and can lead to a variety of illness. A ten- dollar bottle of digestive enzymes will increase digestion and allow the body to absorb nutrients and increase the body’s ability to escort what is not absorbed.

Stay away from table salt its inorganic to the body. The body only absorbs organic foods. Use Sea salts, as it is organic. Processed table salt like white sugar is poison to the system. Organic sodium is the “laundry man” of the body because it neutralizes acid, cleans out fats, and carries off impurities. Besides organic salt, a lot of sodium rich foods like strawberries, carrot, and spinach (over cooking will cause sodium to be in juice). Table salt prevents calcium from being absorbed by the body and instead is collected on the bone joints, which cause the beginning of arthritis. If you have calcium deposits besides tossing out table salt and limiting bad sodium intake add 100mg of magnesium to your diet daily. In addition, white sugar for women impedes circulation and sugar coats the cells (glycation) causing skin collegian to be altered (wrinkles) and for men – poor circulation is the reason, which causes Alzheimer’s. Try eating four celery stalks daily, Kyolic formula 106 two tablets daily (garlic extract), Ginkgo Biloba 1 tablet daily and Chinese red yeast 600mg daily. These will clean out your arteries since the smallest blood vessels are in your brain and between your legs.
