Looking for a multivitamin? Here are a few tips
November 16, 2009 - No Comments - permalink

1. Look for high potency since diet alone cannot supply proper nutrition. The soil just does not have the vitamins and minerals it used to have 75 years ago and the animals are not open range and do not get a balanced diet.
2. Look for high amounts of vitamins and minerals, which are necessary to supply the syncretistic action necessary to manufacture enzymes and co-enzymes. Most ‘one a day’ type vitamins supply insufficient levels.
3. Look for vitamins designed separately for men and women since each has different needs.

For example, look for the following and their levels:

Vitamins:
Vitamin A (beta carotene)
Vitamin A (retinol)
Vitamin B1
Vitamin B2
Vitamin B3
Vitamin B5
Vitamin B6
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
Vitamin B12 Taken as separate vitamins sublingual form (B12
cannot be absorbed once in the digestive tract)
Choline
Folic Acid
Biotin

Minerals:
Calcium
Chromium
Copper
Iodine
Iron
Magnesium
Manganese
Molybdenum
Selenium
Silicone
Valadium
Zinc
