Foods that can help prevent Cancer:
• Saturated fats: Animal meat and coconut oil
• Omega 3 Fatty Acids: Fish oil (only found in fish)
• Vitamin A: Fish, shellfish, egg yolks, and butter (only in animal foods)
• Vitamin C: Fruits and vegetables
• Vitamin B6: Animal meat
• Vitamin B12: Animal meat
• Vitamin B17: Grains, nuts, fruits
• Vitamin D: Animal meat, egg yolks, shellfish, and organ meat. This is needed for mineral absorption.
• Vitamin E: Animal fats, nuts, unprocessed oils (such as olive oil)
• Linolic Acid: Meat fat from grass fed animals
• Cholesterol: Animal meat
• Minerals: You need a lot of minerals, but the most absorbable come from animal food.
• Friendly bacteria for digestion: Sauerkraut and yogurt
• Co-enzyme Q10: Animal meat is the only place this is found.
Foods that can cause Cancer and other maladies:
• Trans-fatty foods
• Commercial vegetable oils
• Omega 6 Fatty Acid: Poly-saturated vegetable oils
• MSG: Found in flavorings, seasonings, and processed foods
• Aspartame: artificial sweetener
• Hormones
• Pesticides
• Artificial colorings and flavors
• Refined carbohydrates: processed foods, white flour, white sugar, and corn syrup
