Low Thyroid condition and a deficiency in Vitamin A and low progesterone cause the body not to convert cholesterol to progesterone and leave you with acne. In addition, poor digestion causes undigested foods to convert the blood stream as clusters, thus becoming allergens and acne. This could potentially cause the body to have an allergic reaction.
You can buy the thyroid supplements or eat raw cheese, raw milk, yogurt, more potatoes, fish, and coconut oil. Also, need protein in your diet. Eliminate thyroid-inhibiting food – cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts.
Need Good PH – add organic apple cider vinegar to diet, coral calcium.
